Veil’s current infrastructure includes Nightspire, Nyxvault, Gloamwell, Whisperway, Duskshroud, Duskbattery, Nocturnal Slipway, Umbral Drydock, and Rift Ruinery. Evidence

Veil strategy favors asymmetric launch positions, concealed intentions, and selective fights. Exact culture bonuses, Eldritch upgrade costs, and roster values are world-sensitive and must be read from the active Codex before committing resources. Evidence

Infrastructure roles

Nightspire is the Veil central structure. Nyxvault and Gloamwell fill the two capacity roles; Whisperway is logistics; Duskshroud is defensive infrastructure; Duskbattery supplies static attack; Nocturnal Slipway and Umbral Drydock build the light and heavy families; Rift Ruinery is the siege structure. Planning implications

Veil’s strategic value comes from preserving uncertainty and selecting the engagement. That still requires sustainable Astra, mission-specific support hulls, and a route that does not isolate the launch base.

Active-world check

Treat named abilities, diplomatic effects, upgrade costs, and ship statistics as live-world data. Confirm them before using a plan copied from another campaign.
