Directives are eleven parallel ten-stage progression paths in the installed 11.75 data. Evidence

The current directive table defines eleven ten-stage paths. The current client exposes these permanent capstones for those paths: Evidence

Path Permanent effect
Signal Cartographer +12% spy survival
Void Reaver +10% raid loot
Aegis Vanguard +8% fleet attack
Solar Ledger +6% base production
Starlane Broker +8% fleet cargo
Consortium Founder +8% base storage
Frontier Ascendant +8% travel speed
Forge Architect +8% build and ship-build speed
Bastion Warden +10% base defense, +6% fleet defense
Flux Quartermaster +10% travel speed, +6% cargo
Noctium Artificer +8% research, +10% transmute speed

How to read the directive screen

For each path, separate the current stage, the requirement for that stage, recorded progress, and the permanent capstone shown for completing the path. Do not use the capstone table as proof that an intermediate stage has the same effect.

Directive path
|- current stage
|- current requirement
|- progress toward that requirement
`- permanent completion effect

The paths progress in parallel and auto-complete when their conditions are satisfied. Return to the directive screen after a qualifying action to confirm that the expected path moved. Evidence

Planning with directives

Directive progress is a secondary return on actions that already serve the campaign. Prefer actions that advance the current objective, economy, defense, or intelligence plan; then use directive progress to break ties between otherwise useful choices. Spending scarce resources only to chase a distant capstone can delay the position that would exploit the bonus.

Needs verification

The capstones above are current-client evidence. The complete stage catalog transcribes all 110 current data rows. When reporting a mismatch, capture the path, stage, exact requirement text, progress display, build, world, and time.

Broad activity progresses more directive tracks. Espionage, trade, raiding, construction, expansion, and augmentation retain long-term value even when they are not an empire’s primary specialization.

  2. Current economy and storage implementationProduction, storage capacity, upkeep, hidden-resource, and transmutation behavior is taken from the executable paths used by the running client.Patch 11.75 · build a7b5c7c · verified 2026-07-30 · Read-only inspection of BuildingConfig and EconomySystem.
  3. Current culture-specific building namesThe current client maps Astraean storage to Solvault and Heliovex, Varkon storage to Skarncache and Voltforge, and Veil storage to Nyxvault and Gloamwell. Astraean static attack infrastructure is named Solis Battery.Patch 11.75 · build a7b5c7c · verified 2026-07-30 · Read-only inspection of BuildingNamingSystem in the installed client.
  4. Current building effectsThe first culture-specific storage building adds capacity for Vulkron, Aurelite, and Deuterium; the second adds Astra capacity. Solis Battery adds flat attack against light and heavy hulls and remains active while standing.Patch 11.75 · build a7b5c7c · verified 2026-07-30 · Read-only inspection of BuildingConfig.GetEffects and the current Codex renderer.
